Event Report

Last Thursday's event made good use of the full specification Urban map of Canterbury. I think that every time I have run there, I have been careless about crossing the River Stour! On reflection, clockwise circuits might have been a safer option.

It was nice to see some new faces at the competition. Leaders Brendon and Dave chose quite different routes, nevertheless their times were quite close, Brendon pipping Dave by 39 seconds. Ian and Alison also had standout performances.

Thank you, Graham and David, for hosting this round. League table to follow.

Next week's event will be held at the Hucking Estate, courtesy DFOK http://www.dfok.co.uk/content/events/HuckingKNCEventInfov2.pdf

You decide which controls to visit, and in which sequence. Sometimes controls have different points values. You will need to carry a watch or phone, so you know how long you have been out.
