Event Report
Our thanks go to Forestry England for permission to hold this round of the KNC. Top scores were Chris Hooker with 190 and Alison Howe with 170 over a wide ranging course with no funny business but plenty of route choice.
We are very grateful to Brendon for setting out most of the controls & Simon, Graham, Alison & Nick for retrieving them.
Many thanks
Karen
Beryl adds that she would like it noted that Karen did an excellent job with very little help from her.

Explanation of Score courses
You don't have to visit all the controls! There is usually a time limit, instead of a set course. Points are scored for visiting controls, and deducted for finishing over the time limit. You decide which controls to visit, and in which sequence. Sometimes controls have different points values. You will need to carry a watch or phone, so you know how long you have been out.
