Saxons reap rewards at the Harvester Relay!

Our Ladies team (Saxons Threshers) had a successful trip to the Harvester overnight relay, winning the Women’s Premier class – a first for us. From the 1:30 am Start, Cate Slade, Sarah Covey-Crump, Holly Howe, Alice Evans and Gaby Roch ably navigated through King’s Wood, Challock.
The Saxons Scythes and Saxons Pitchforks also completed the B course without incident, the Scythes taking first place on the course and the B Handicap trophy. The Results are here https://www.jok.org.uk/harvest...
The event was Organised by JOK, with some Saxons playing key roles: The courses were Planned by our Peter Lilja, who mastered the complexity of planning the two separate races, and Simon Blanchflower & Brian Henry who updated the map.
